Why are the nutritional data not available in the FOK recipes?

Answer:
So they're, they're typically not on any of the recipes for Rouxbe. So, um, that is, uh, a whole process you have to do after a recipe, submit it to a nutritionist and go through. So there isn't any nutritional data on the recipes. I think there were only sets for a one course. I think it, um, it was a doctor's course where it was something where they provided the recipes and the nutritional information and that is the reason we actually included nutritional data for those recipes. But by and large, the majority of recipes on Rouxbe do not have nutritional data on them.
