Can you freeze the cashew Bechamel?

Answer:

I've done it and it's frozen and been okay, but you do have to worry about the water separating out a little bit and you do wanna make sure you're not freezing it for too long, um, when you thought. You just wanna make sure to be able to blend it again afterward to be able to get all the, uh, the solids and the water that will come out of it. Um, bundle it up again. You might need to add a little bit of water or vegetable stock afterward too to be able to get the right texture on it as well. But it will freeze. Just don't freeze it for more than say, three to four months probably be something I would uh, watch out for.
