Just wanted to tell you how wonderful this course is. I love to cook. Our family went from vegetarian to Whole Plant Food in February. Cooking with out salt, oil and sugar was a struggle until now.?

Answer:

Oh my gosh, that is probably the best thing that I can hear because as some of you know, um, I, uh, eat whole food plant-based, no oil, no salt, no oil, no oil, no salt, no sugar rather. Sorry about that. So I think that what I hear you saying, Anna, is that you have become very creative in the kitchen. And I don't know if this was your experience, but that no oil saute with the mushrooms I think is sort of a cornerstone in really establishing the confidence that you wanna have in the kitchen when you cook that way. And also, um, red alert here, uh, some people don't like mushrooms. If you are at that assignment and you're like, oh my gosh, I'm not a fan of mushrooms, try using a zucchini or try using an egg plant, another high water volume vegetable that will cook similarly to the mushroom.
