Hi Fran, I was looking at your recipe for buttercream frosting (which looks fabulous) and I wonder how to store the unused portion. Thanks so much!!?

Answer:

Um, you know, buttercream isn't something that I use a lot, but when I'm, but it definitely can be stored. That recipe will hold in the refrigerator for weeks and weeks and weeks and even can be frozen. You're just going to have to defrost it and re whipp it. So there's no problem with that.
